Evaluation of an embolic material in a pre-clinical swine model, assessing its efficacy in hemorrhage control. Bleeding defects were created in the parenchyma of various organs and the test article was used to embolize the artery/arteries supplying the bleeding defect. Arteriography was used to determine success of embolization and cessation of bleeding.
